Hi!  I'm Stephanie.

I am the happy mother to a little girl named Birdie, a very old cat named Donkey, and a new pup named Norma Jean.
I have traveled all over the world and found places like India, Cambodia, Germany, and Cuba to be some of my favorite destinations. I look forward to showing Birdie the world one day. But, until then, we are happy in our hometown of Harbor Springs. Fun fact: I moved away from my hometown three times, but couldn’t stay away. This kind, small town community has me hooked.

For almost two decades, I’ve had the privilege of documenting the momentous occasions in people’s lives. From new babies to new business ventures, I have been there to capture both the personal and professional milestones.

Through the lens of my camera, I’ve helped families document the moments they experience love, new life, and even loss.  I’ve been present for the raw parts of people’s lives as well as for the celebrations.  It continues to be a great honor to be a part of, and help preserve, all these defining moments.

Not araid to take risks.
Passionate supporter.
nap lover.

Hi!  I'm Stephanie.

You and I have a lot in common.  We don't take ourselves too seriously.  We live for honest moments, laughter, authenticity, and just having a really good time.

I'm Stephanie, a happy mama to a little girl named Birdie and a very old cat named Donkey. I moved away from my hometown three times, but couldn't stay away. The kind, friendly people and slow living lifestyle have me hooked on Harbor Springs!  I thrive on meaningful conversations, homemade cookies, and fresh air.

fun Facts About Me

I am a single mother by choice. That means that I intentionally had Birdie on my own with the help of a doctor and donor! It's the best choice I've ever made.  I can’t believe how much I love her and how content I have become in my life.

I love grocery shopping, overusing emojis, baking sweets, sauerkraut, sunshine, music, coney dogs, travel, conversations that go deep, strawberries, and spending time on Lake Michigan.

I downhill ski raced when I was in high school & college! I ended up tearing both my ACLs in ski crashes and ended up "retiring" early. I still ski for fun, but now my passions are focused elsewhere!

Before I had Birdie, I travelled all over the world! India, Cambodia, Germany, and Cuba are a few of my favorites. I cannot wait until Birdie is a bit older and I can show her the world!

My absolute favorite cuisine is Lebanese. We have a local chef in Harbor Springs (Maureen Abood) who is one of the leading Lebanese food bloggers. My family and I make once of her recipes at least once a week! I am so proud to have been part of her promotional photography for the last 8 years!
